She tells me I'm busy with someone else. I have no idea what quest I may have open. Is there any away to abort all open missions on all planets?
Any help would be appreciated.

these quests are pretty pointless, but heres how:
go to the datapad (ctrl + d) and go to the second tab... delete 1 mission or both, then talk tohim again

you might be missing them... they are at the bottom or top of the second tab.
if you have no missions (just click on everything to make sure they arent missions), then try talking to him again
if that doesnt work, then i dont know what to do

Master Sergeant Crowley in Kor Vella is the guy to talk to about getting the ticket for the rebel destroy corvette mission. I believe you have to be a rebel, so if you are neutral or an imperial that may be the reason you get that message. If not, try talking to another mission giving NPC, and then getting them to clear your mission that you are busy with. It may be that the corvette mission givers do not have the "capability" to clear out existing missions.
I would try that, and if that doesn't work, submit a /bug report.
