I noticed a couple days ago that when I am in the hospital my stomach does not empty (food or drink). I have tested this 3 times now and each time the same result. Anyone else evernotice this? Is it intentional for some strange reason?

There have been scattered reports of stomach digestion slowing, but it's been hard to find many common features.
Here's a few that might apply, though:
1) Did you notice any lag while you were in the area (although I really doubt medcenters get that crowded, this seems to be more of an issue at the DWB or geo cave).
2) Did you have a fast-repeating macro going (say, tumbling)?
3) Were you just watching the bar, or repeatedly attempting to eat food and getting a "you are too full" message? If so, how long were you waiting between attempts?
The stomach digestion appears to be updated along the lines of "every X seconds, subtract Y filling". If there's a lot of lag, or a lot of client-server traffic, the timing of the "every X seconds" part gets delayed (sometimes drastically), slowing down the digestion rate. Attempting to eat something while you're too full appears to reset the "every X seconds" part, so if you tried to take a bite every 5s or so, you never actually digest anything.
I wonder if there might be some issue with digestion while you're inside a structure(which might also explain the DWB and geo cave reports). If you just sat in the medcenter, not doing anything at all (including dumping any repeating macros) and the fill bars never got any smaller, I'd say that's a pretty good indicator that something's wrong. I can't imagine any good reason to pause digestion, no matter where you are.

1. No there was no lag.
2. yeah I have a pettrick macro that runs on a 0.5 sec pause and I stack anywhere from 4-12 dependiing on number of people healing.Nice quick method to get apprentice points and let your local medics/doc/CM grind.
3. I was watching the bar and trying to eat/drink ocasionally when i thought i should be ready for more (assuming bars were bugged).
Your point on the macro could be on the right track, cause when I dumped it and moved outside my stomach seemed to digest at normal rate. I will try sitting in the med center (full stomach)tonight and see what effect there is while simply sitting there.
