Thread: Location of GDK spawns?

I'm trying to get an idea of where Giant Dune Kimo's spawn. Any help would be appreciated.
Yes, I tried using the Search "Feature" but everytime I try I get this fantastic message....
"There are too many searches in progress. Please try again later."

In the south of Lok , the area from the volcano up to around the imp base. I always seemed to find them near a lake or river in that area , took me over 60 kills to get enough scales for my RIS suit. Good hunting.

spawns in the south (mostly SE) of lok and on Mt Chaolt too. also at kimo town but that one only spawns once a day.

The one at kimo town is on a 90min respawn timer ( there is some randomness to the respawn, but it seems about 90mins is the usual)

nope, POI spawns were nerfed recently and it only spawns once a day. you gotta be there at the server restart if you wanna kill it.

/agree on the locations given. I'd also add that whenever you find a spawn waypoint it as Ive found that many times spawns are in almost exact locations from one day to the next.

/agree i always save the wp where i found some. there's a good chance to find some in the area another day.
When you find one and kill it , it will respawn 3 times more around 5 minutes afetr each kill ( except the one from Kimo Town of course )

Phew, need to keep those wp's secret though - we need the monopoly on the scales
