Thread: Which NPC do we talk to for Luck Quest ? 30 players running around trying to figure it out now

Dang this game is dumb... we all know from walkthrough guide that Luck is in this phase. However none of us can figure out which NPC gives the quest for it. Anyone know please tell us as we're all looking now.

There is a post in the force sensitive forum that is a nice little guide.I believe it might help.

nope, guide is incomplete and doesnt contain any info on Luck quest.

ok, i was gonna be snide and point at the sticky, but u said u read it, so i'll take u at your word.
my short answer, i don't know, but 2 things to try.
doesn't the village elder say what quest each person in the phase opens? try him first?
and i think i remember someone running around said saigilo (spelling is was off, i'm sure)? nope, thats the capt, no help there

HS - Luck - Eozlin (5200, -4141) - Inorganic Survey Tool [Same as Phase 2]
**Must have Novice Artisan**
Find 50%+ concentrations of different resources (Iron, Gas, Energy, Aluminum, Ore, Gemstone, Steel, Copper (75% for Copper). All you have to do is survey for them and be standing on a spot that is above 50%, you do not have to sample. You get a Sith resource loot item for each successful survey.

he does have a point, the quests are unrevokable, so you can't just try one and see, u will get stuck with whatever you try first.
you almost HAVE to use the walkthru, to avoid making a annoying mistake.

30 of you couldn't work out that you speak to the Village Elder who tells you about the 4 people offering quests? Then you speak to the 4 people and they tell you which quests they offer?
Godamn I hate to be negative in a post but maybe the 30 of you should consider setting up a Remedial Jedi Wannabe PA?

sarcastic are we with all the sighs ? Actually, I know to talk with the village idiot err I mean Elder. And surprise surprise, he only offers TWO quests... one for Dagerrin and one for the Captain so must be bugged who knows. I did find the survey npc however the other post is correct in that its stupid to make everything so mysterious. Its almost like SOE wants me to screw up and have to wait another 12 weeks before i can pick again. Naw, they'd never do that.. /sarcasm off

He will tell you about all 4. You just have to take all the conversation options with him.
