Ok, but its so hard to get a solo group like that 
Any other way??

No. But what does it matter? You get the same missions, and they payouts are the same. Also the xp per kill is the same. Anything above 100 is good enough in my opinion.

large solo groups are easy to find.
go to MO on dant, theres always some running out of there.

Sometimes i take a solo group whith 20 people in it and do some NPC mission. I remember one time i got about 220 in difficult on the mission, really nice exp and loot. But now i only got like 215 in difficult when i do those missions, why? Why do i get diff 220 missions sometimes and bad once sometimes? And i always try whith a 20 people solo group! I ve heard u get higher diff whith AT ST but i am reb :/ So what should i do? Reb npc in my group maybe? I really need high diff... Or i saw in TC that u could invite IMP/reb npc thats walking around citys, maybe i can inivte some AT ST and some NPC walking around in some citys and use em like a solo group? I do anything, plz help!! And it is really hard to try to have a 20 people solo group in a long time.. people always leave group...

The size of the group matters, along with the skill of the group. If you have low level people in the group, the difficulty will be reduced.
