Thread: Kashyyyk. Where to start quest for Dawnsorrow Rifle?

As the subject says, where do you start the quest to get the Dawnsorrow Rifle? Wish the search function would be fixed. That'll helpa bunch and save some time...

Necrosis drops random weapons, the Dawnsorrow Rifle is one of them. We got it last night on our 4th time killing Necrosis.

anyone have a pic of it? hopefully we will have more luck with NK tomorrow, he mauled us on our first try

I like the greivance striker he drops, it's a carbine gun, that gives +10 carbine acc, and either + or - something else, and to use it you need Master Rifleman YAY!!!!

I have put in a CRS ticket in, as it is a mistake that it is a weapon for master rifleman, it should be a master carbineer weapon obviously, oh yeah and the other stat it has was + 10 melee defence.
lol can't belive they made such a newb mistake tbh

Lol sorry, but I think you are wrong. There are at least 5 weapons that add skills to one proffesion but you need another master proffesion to use it. The bloodshot ripper is one of them, it is a fencer weapon that requires master swordsman to use. It is no bug, they did that on purpose.

lol, like how the Proton Rifle was meant to be for Master Rifleman but then changed to Master Commando? Man, I was really looking forward to using that gun, too. But, with that carbine Kyian mentioned, I got two things to look forward to now.
Doesn't matter how strong it is, as long as it feels good in my hands when it goes off.

Never saw a dawnsorrow rifle but I did last night after our group killed Nekrosis receive a covert retaliator which requires MBH to use. Good thing I am MBH/MRM heh. The rifle is the one from attack of the clones that Zam Wessel used, a VERY long silver rifle. 3 Mods cannot remember them all but one is 10 melee defence and another either 7 or 8 ranged defence.
