please if anyone knows can you post where to start the avatar quest for both imps/rebs/ and neutrals??

For Imperials you start by talking to Dr. Price and hes located oppsoite the Kashyyk spaceport in the Observation tower-thing.
For everyone(Imperials included) talk to Boshaz in the smaller Trandoshan camp.
The Dr. price quest is easy and you get a nifty Star Destroyer Holo
For Boshaz its a long long quest which is pretty rewarding and at the final mission(avatar), you get a badge and a medal

as an imperial though, I'm not able to kill fighter waves to protect the ship I'm escorting from Boshaz's first mission =/
they're whites to me..
