From all of the missions you canloot AV-21 Powerplants and you getAV-21 Schematics for completing the mission. From the Rebel ones I have done you can also loot Rebel Marine Chestplates and Shirts. You can also loot Bezerker Rifle schematics and components, although I have never gotten these from Rebel Missions - I don't know if these are restricted to the Nuetral or Imperial Missions.

Oh and be prepared to loot lots of.... Giggledust, Bantha Dolls and Ryke Blades!

Bit of advice if you are goin on loot runs..... from the first level agro but dont kill all the lower end mods in the corridoors, I think there are about 8 wandering around and they don't hit hard at all. Make sure you get an agro from all of these then run throughto loot all the containers.

The reason for this is there is a cap on the amount of Agro's you can get and most of the time you can go through the whole ship without getting attacked by any of the SBD or Higher end Mobs. Doesn't always work, but 9 times out of 10 I can go up and not get attacked by any SBD.

Also make a note of the lifts and if you get chased just switch to another level.
