To begin with, I have a 128 mb Radeon 9800 pro.
I set up a second account today, and I've already created the user.cfg file to allow me to run multiple instances of swg.
I'm currently running dual monitors, is there a way for me to have one client running on monitor 1 and have the other client run on monitor 2?
I'd rather not have to alt+tab between clients.
Thanks.

Yes there is. It took a while to get it to work but once you have the first client loaded (assuming you have window mode and borderless windows setup in the SWG config), windows button over to the over monitor. then set that monitor as at the primary, then load the next client. bingo! youre all set!

When you do this.. Do you have 1 mouse for both screens and have to click on one or the other game to be able to do stuff on it? Thats what I'm going to assume.. But I think I'm going to have to try this out..

You should be able to ALT-TAB between each game instance, using the same mouse and keyboard.

I'd like to know how this works out. I was under the impression that dual head cards will only do 3d acceleration on one output. I could be wrong.

this is correct, ive setup many many dual monitor setups, i have never seen 3d playback on 2 monitors.
ONLY exception i can think of is using a much higher end dual output card with dual chipsets like the matrox card. Can anyone else confirms this works? i have 3 monitors at work, i could only get it to work on my primary, if i dragged the window to any of the other monitors, the game would still be working but all black. Setup is Main monitor/card is a ATI 9800XT, pci cards are 128 meg radeon 9600 pci's
