ok, i'm on the guy after the cook, the mission is go to this guy tiem rutnar and give him something, when i go out to the wp he is not there, i have tried 6 times and not once has he been there! help!

i have now discovered that about 3 mins after accepting the mission, i can get it again? i accepted, waited a while, then when i spoke to him he offered me it again!
