Howdy,

I've got some conflicting information regarding how to get the DE-10 loot, i.e., the barrel and the schematic. Black Sun NPCs so I'm told, but some say only the ones randomly spawned in the wild drop these, some say only the Black Sun NPCs in the Death Watch Bunker drop these, etc...

Anyone know for sure, exactly which NPCs drop these?

And more to the point, any suggestions on how to get my sticky hands on these goodies? :-)

confirmed on my galaxy anyways, both the dwb npc's and the random spawns of black sun will dropthem.
