Is there such a thing? has anyone made anything like this. so we could check and see how often that TKM is going to hit us?

I'm pretty sure noone knows how those systems work exactly. The only way to find out is to have the game code to disect and that's never gonna happen. There are just some things we won't be able to make calculators for. There are a few ways to estimate how often you will hit or miss...but since we don't know the exact formula which determines a hit or miss....we simply can't make an accurate calculator.
One thing is for sure though, we do know that high melee defense (MD)and ranged defense (RD)causes more misses than anything in the game. That was proven by defense stacking in the past. It was especially noticed by a fencer/pistoleer template because with the added dodge on top of the melee defense and ranged defense, it was nearly impossible for anyone to hit them 3 or 4 times consecutively.
See a master fencer and master pistoleer would have 210 dodge and 119 MD and 76 RD and most people dabbled in TKM or Swordman for extra defense....I personally had master brawler and TKM 0003....that gave me 171 MD and 111 RD....then I had 2 aakuan rings (+5 RD each..+10 total), I had the max you can get from SEA's (+25 MD and +25 RD)....then I had the back pack with +3 RD and +3 MD.....
All of that lead to me being unhitable since the most accurate profession in the game is TKM with 200 accuracy and withe defense stacking I had 199 MD, 149 RD and 210 dodge.
It was said that dodge worked 50% of the time and so when or if my MD or RD actually failed....then 50% of those attacks I did take would miss due to dodging....
Bottom line, devs put a cap on dodge, counterattack, block, RD and MD....that cap is now 125 and only chef foods will get you higher than 125 on any of them these days...I'm not too sure how high chef foods go as I never use them for defense....I think it's about 40% though....that's just a guess though....I do know that synthsteak can get to 40% because that's the only chef food I have, and I still only use it like once a month or so(like when I do the DWB or corvette)
So about the best that anyone can do is to use 50% as the base chance of any passive defensive ability working and that's the closest we can get to making an actual calculator.

The general theory is that when you are attacked, the attacker's accuracy skill (plus modifiers for range, posture, etc) is compared to your defense skill (ranged or melee, depending on what you're getting attacked with) to see if the attacks hits or misses. There areso many hidden variables that it's probably not possible to figure out an exact calculation without looking at the code.
If an attack hits, then your dodge/block/counterattack "evasion" skill has a chance to trigger (which one depends on what weapon you have equipped). A comment posted on swg.allakhazam.com regarding the dodge skill indicated that you get a 1% chance to dodge an sucessful attack for every +10 you have in the skill. So at +125 Dodge (the max you can have with bonuses from boxes and tapes), you dodge 12.5% of attacks that would have otherwisebeen a hit. It's probable that block/counterattack use the same calculation (although I don't know if anyone's actually done the testing).

Thanks for the replies guys. i was just curious because i'm MD caped and 105 dodge and a Nova Trooper in Melee Mode, misses me more then a TKM so i was just wondering if there was a way to figure it out. lol.
