Thread: FS Melee Defense question

Ok, I've done my search and haven't found my answer. I know that Melee and Ranged Defense cap at +125. I also have read that the hard cap is +150 through SEA's...now, if I'm capped at +125, which I am, is it pointless for me to train the Enhanced Reflexes tree of Melee Defense? Or will it help me get to +150? Is it a waste? Thanks for any input you may have.
