Well,

They did warn us that the characters had to exist for over 3 weeks, but they didn't tell us that you had to have logged them in withing the last 3 weeks... I'm not gonna complain about free holo's on characters I don't use but you think they would of told us that one...

no its a good idea actually, i am more and more impressed with how they chose to do the holo gift idea. they have for the most part (it seems, this may b a bit premature i spose) accomplished at least 2 important goals:

1) slow down and cheapen (in price) the holo market, and its subsequent game-breakers, ie camping, 8 mil prices that only keep holos in the hands of the same folks, ninja looting, etc

2) keeps people from owning too many holos, especially on too many characters they never play, myself included

this seems increasingly like a good move i think

when they say that you have to log them in in 3 weeks?

Uh, the only character i play... on gorath didnt get a holo, and i've had him since week...3 of release?

Yet every other character i abandoned on every other server has one.

I'm impressed as well...they stopped the possible exploits in my mind...

1) Can no longer create a char on another server to get a cross server holo (too late to do this)

2) Can not buy another account to get another holo (too late to do this)

Holos came out today???? Crap, I don't want to work anymore...I want to go home and play!!! Noooooo! =)

Seemed almost random to me. I received a couple holos, but had several characters that I have had for a while with no holo. And of course all the newly made ones did not get a holo. A lot of PMs down the drain there. Oh, well.

LOL How did they know? Oh.....that's right.....they are devs, the year-round equivalent of Santa.

im not impressed with anything my inventori was full so even thoguh my character has bee active since day one i didnt get **edit**

My inv had 1 spot open, not enough for the two items

So if you got 3 week old accounts go log them in then no issues there man....get your head together dude. It is all good .

Actually. I am a new player who started my account about 2 and a half weeks ago. I didn't get a holocron and it's the only character on my account. I play 4- 10 hours a day. How is it right that I didn't get one?
