It's overkill -
First off, it looks like you're going to be using fencer as your primary means of attack - Fencer will hit the speed cap at master without the force enhancments.
Second, your FS Enhancements to ranged and melee defense are being completely negated by the cap - Your template is stacking your defenses so high that you're over the cap before you add the extra FS defenses, so that's wasted points and LOTS of wasted time.
In fact - The only positive thing i can see about your template is the high state/knockdown defenses - but spending that amount of skill points just to get def vs knockdown +105 is a little over the top.
, when i think about it though if i was to use that templaye what use would any of the force enhancments be to me maybe acuracy would be woth it and thats all?
