I did the nym, jabba and warren theme park then i got glowing, that was 3 days agoa nd the old man still hasnt came to me. All my friends said he came in 30 mins from they got glowing. Did i do somthing wrong

You need to be far away from NPC cities.

Then try away from a player city then. Run missions or something.

you've got to move around a bit - Shuttle a few times from player city to player city, etc...

Just go play, he'll come whenhe's ready (FYI it took 72 hours for me to get my visit)

Here's a trick I tried. I started in player city, travelled to a 2nd player city and then to a 3rd. At the 3rd city I "missed" the shuttle and waited for the next shuttle. By missing the shuttle the old man showed up. If this doesn't work, you could try to hop 2 more times then log out and close the client. Log back in a repeat. I wouldn't do this for more than a few rounds. It gets pretty tiring fast.

run 1000 m out of town you are in. you will most likely find him.

i think it is a bug that some ppl find him inside city limits. i waited 24 hours after glowing and stood in the town i live in for awhile. then decided to run 1000m out for town and saw the old man about 200m away waiting for me. just a thought, but worth a try...
