I am assuming its been asked a lot..... but I need to ask ....:

1. What is best Race statistically to become the most effective Sniper?

2. When I create him (stat migration) where should I take away from and add to in his stats?

Sorry for the noob questions but this is my first time on these boards and only 1 day into the game.

Also, is there a close second or third race for Sniper? (that way I have a choice heh) or is one dominant?

These are general rules from my point of view:

1. Select HUMAN as your race. It's an all-round race and you don't know how your plans for your character can change during months.

2. Max out Mind and Focus, min on Health and Action, remaining points equally on Health sub1 and Action sub1 (can't remember the names )

Human is so dang normal though lol..... I was hoping for the fish looking dude or something. but I guess I can do human, I just wanted to be a little different. Oh well

and I will remain sniper throughout, that I am sure of.

It should be noted that, "sniper" is really a nutjob with a T21 firing every second. We are less snipers and more heavy machinegunners.
