can anyone tell me a heal macro please?, i sometimes go afk for couple when busy working so would like to know a healing macro for myself, so i can leave my toon in combat, and not come back and find him dead

/healdamage self;

/pause (time);

/macro (the healing macro name);

Make sure you have plenty of stim in your inventory. Can not in crate or in any backpack/container
