Thread: Was the Veteran's Rewards system nerfed, abandoned, or just forgotten about by SOE?

A long time ago, JustG wrote that there would be an announcement "in the next 60 days" about"A Veteran's Rewards system that will allow you to earn a bunch of cool things, up to and including an exclusive starship when "Jump to Lightspeed" launches!" Since then, I canonly recall seeing an announcement about the starship (which was neither a reward or for 'veterans').


Didthe 'Veteran's Rewards system' go the way of the Snorbal missions?

It would be nice for vets to get something nice.. im looking forward to the ship but something else would be nice.

Yeah, the Ship should be nice. Unfortunately, anything much beyond trophy-type rewards(ships, clothes, badges, decor) that would give you a bonus, only widen the gap newbies must overcome.

But hey I'm happy where I am, don't really mind not getting some trinket that half the server will have too.

doing nothing? were paying them.. also what is there to do in this game? if youve gone to every planet every POI hidden places.. fought almost every creature what else is there to do... veterans should get a reward.. 1 year of playing.. for what? a bunch of people going around thinking there awesome and 100's of jedis everywhere? the vets need something!
