There's an alarm screen in the ingame options screen, if that's what you mean.

You can do three things:
1) /pause ###; /tell {your char name} whatever
where ### is the number of seconds you want to wait. I use this for really short waits when I want to alt-tab out of the game for a minute or two (the /tell gives a beep when it arrives, which can be heard when you're switced to another application).
2) /addalarmat HH:MM {message}
sets an alarm to go off at a particular time (say 1am when you want the game to tell you to go to bed). IIRC, you need to give it in 24-hr format, so an alarm at 11:30 pm would be:
/addalarmat 23:30 Bedtime
3) /addalarmin HH:MM {message}
sets an alarm to go off in HH hours and MM minutes. So if you just missed the shuttle:
/addalarmin 0:05 Shuttle boarding
I think there might besome additional options for setting the alarm sound. Try "/help addalarmat" and "/help addalarmin" for more details.
