I have completed Fate of the Galaxy, II and recieved Fate of the Galaxy, III.

In my quest journal it tells me,

"You have done as the spirit asked and forged the bond between you and the crystal."
"Try to find the spirit and find out what to do next, before the spirit within the shard destroysyour sanity."

After completing Fate of the Galaxy, II, I waited for Obi-Wan's spirit to appear but it didn't happen. I then went to the holocron located at (816, -1469) but the only option that comes up is "examine". So here I am waiting for this old bugger to spawn, am I doing this wrong? or did sony want to make us wait for the lack of content?

The 2nd part is easy, see those little circle things grouped together on the map? those are the "ruins".

You are looking for shattered conduits...Put your crystal in, get attacked, and pull it out again when the quest updates.

For part 3 goto where ben tells you...There is one of those ruin things with a door on the floor near the west side of the ruins. Go in and LISTEN TO THE DEAD GUY.
