I'm having problems getting Obi-Wan to talk to me again. After I first qualified for his appearance, I traveled around a bit and went to the Old Research Facility and never saw him. Thankfully, when I went to the Shore of Remorse, someone was conversing with him so I did the same and got the first part of the quest. I finished that after killing the Crazed Hermit and never saw Obi-Wan appear, but I got the Part II of the quest message. It told me to find Obi-Wan and speak with him. I waited there and never saw him. I decided to go back to the Shore of Remorse. I could do nothing with the Holocron. I traveled back to the Old Facility and still could not get him to spawn. I decided to try and delete the Part II quest and hope that it would spawn him. It has not and I still can not use the Holocron.

Any tips or suggestions on what I could do next? I suppose I could delete the Part I as well and hope Obi-Wan would visit me and start over?

I'm having the same issue. I havent tried the holocron yet(Still looking for the location) I sent a ticket. If I find out anything I'll let you know

I just completed that part of the quest. I had to go to his Holo and inspect it. He then appeared. Might be worth a shot to head back to it and try it again.

Same exact situation here. Obi never showed, saw him talking to someone else, ran over, got first quest, completed. Can't do anything with the holocron except examine. Standing around waiting for him to show up again for someone else is all I can think of to do.

Just to update everyone...I re-started my quests with Obi-Wan (again, would not spawn for me...had to find someone else's to begin. Did Quest #1 (Fate 1)..upon completion, he still did not spawn. I had to use someone else's spawn to converse with to move on, and had to do the same after finishing part 2. I have not started Part III but I sure how Obi doesn't give up again and not come help me!

Also, the holocron did not show anything but 'Examine' for me. This same problem is happening to other players. All I can advise you to do is find someone else who will spawn him and have them wait to complete their conversation until you are done.
