when i compleated the 9 quest u have to for him to come i was next to a friend that has obi for the 2nd part and i talked to him and now i am on the second part and he didn't come back to me after i killed the hermit so i go the the holo and all i get is the examine. how do i get him to spawn?

I am having the same problem.
