Thread: Is there a cap of 45 per phase for crafting quests from the village?

K what is up with the crafting guy not giving the phase 2 crafting quest at the village? I heard that there is a cap of 45 per server? This nneds to be answered officially. If it is true then the devs are being blatently biased because the combat types have no cap. Answers?
