Ok, so I have read a few threads on the whole phase deal with ulocking certain rows of force-sensitiveness. My question is, all I want out of it is combat prowess, melee speed, and possibly melee accuracy THATS IT. So my question is, do i just grind away my fxp to obtain enough xp when phase 2 comes around <which means i have to wait 3 weeks before i can even start it??> or am I going to have to accomplish something in phase 1 to be able to move on to phase 2? Apparently no free unlocks for me, or i didnt notice one, and blew right past it. I dont care to get anything else, as im just trying to enhance my main, not make him a jedi. So am i just wasting time doing any of the quests now for phase 1?? I could use a lil help, as I am a lil fuzzy on exactly what I need to do to get only what i want out of this place <that really could use a shuttle by the way>. Any help would be appreciated.....

Phase 1 shouldn't be active on any server anymore, everyone should run phase 2 by now.

And no, you don't need to do any quests from phase 1. you can start in phase 2 or 3 or 4, whenever you like. You can do Phase 1 and leave phase 2 out and continue in phase 3.

You can't unlock any of the former skilltrees of course, until that phase comes around again. So if you wanted Ranged Accuracity (Combat Poweress skill from Phase 1) you'd have to wait till phase 1 starts again.

When you get the XP doesn't matter. The phases are only relevant for the unlocking. So if you unlock Melee speed now, you can wait 5 weeks and start grinding XP then, even though phase 4 is active then. You have unlocked melee speed and can train it once you have the XP. The phase when you train doesn't matter.

Ok, so melee speed is phase 2? Is that the phase we are in now? I just made it to aurillia today for the first time, so I'm still a newbie out there. lol So if this is the case, then I am at the spot thatI need to be in to get my melee speed, so I just need to finish my lil quest, for the deega whatever guy <its really late and I cant remember his name to save my life now> and all will be well????

You do the quest, and that only unlocks the Melee Speed tree

That means you're allowed to train in it.

You still have to get the XP to train the skills
