So here it is again.
Guide on how To Contact SOE and LA to give them Positive and Constructive Feedback.
1. Post in the correct forums dealing with what ever issue you have.
2. Write a well thought out flame free Email. Be sure to spell check it. And send it to SOE using their feedback system.
3. Send a Letter by Snail Mail. If your going to take the time to writing something out and pay to send it to them. It will get their notice. But please again well thought out constructive and positive letters. SOE's Address is:
Sony Online Entertainment, Inc. 8928 Terman Court San Diego, CA 92121 On the envelope, write :"Attention _____________(insert a name from the list below, depending on who you wish to read your message)" in big letters (preferably red).

4. If you really feel the need to, call this number: (858) 577-3100. Be advized it is in california, but it is the phone number to get in contact with SOE.

With ATTN: Director of Domestic Licensing(not sure on the name there) OR Howard Roffman president of Lucas Licensing Ltd
It's not to hard to find other ways to contact them if you wish.
Please remember be Positive and Constructive as always. Or just send them a "hey we love you and think your doing a great Job" mail I'm sure it would make their day.
These darn forums just keep seeming to eat post like this. That's why you keep copies of them to post again if they happen to get lost in the void that is lithium power.
Ohhh small note here this is an SOE comment on the effects of Snail Mail/Real mail.
