These race tracks are no longer a race of driven talentbut who can log on fast enough and get the score first.... everyone seems to know this exploit, and im walkin past keren and im seein ppl loggin in all around the race coordinator just to pop their scorefirst (would be nice if they had a crap score so others could beat it but owel ) but ok every one seems to be playing to this rule so, it's every dog for them self.....some lucky guy got the champion and shouted yay....then gets abuse from a guy saying"exploiter i have u know im reporting you" i found this rather funny as the guy saying this was about to do the exact same thing but got there late lol what a smuck rfol

2nd case during the day i had a bash at racin the espa track in my av just to get calledav **edit**...**edit**????

so its against the rules to use a av now is it???

i then get called mr ubese (say mr compo) im like **edit**? not as if i havent got compo aswel....wait for it

u ef-ing noob he shouts...im like yah whatever...he say look at my bio and look at yours and im like and yes? u have 75 badges and i have 50+ um so i wasnt a holo grinder and stay in a template for over 6months point is???

the 3rd and most funny was a guy tried to get there time in just to see some one had major beaten there and says "**edit** jedi racers" lol looks like u jedi have uber driving skills now lol just a funny comment but it made my day hehehe.

whats your current view on the tracks? i find it fun and the competition fun but aint ppl getting alil over competitive you stupid noob in ubese god how dare you! lol

It is a bit easier on TC since there is less people trying to get the bad. What you experience is the childishness of live. lol. but you have to get logged on early to get a time.

TC we just try to beat the person before us. Usually who is there first tries not to get the best time possible but allow for a little room for someone else to get a badge too. But live well, you already know the story.

Said, if they can't get what they want (very spoiled under aged players, or idiot adults), everyone else must be exploiting and ruining the game.

#1 Why did they wasted time adding the tracks anyways? If they wanted to make them active, interesting and challenging they should made the records reset every 2 weeks at least.....So badges would "worth" getting.

#2 Keren track = bugged. Lap timers blow you either get 8 or 12 sec on lap 1, and 12 or 16 on lap 2.

The tracks are not bugged, each lap is really only a stretch in the track, each stretch is a different length with different obsticals. and every two weeks would be a waste and even loader complaints from the complainers. in the first few hours usually someone get a time that is almost nearly impossible to beat and someone will finaly get a time that is the shortest you could ever get. then for the rest of the time everyone would complain.

Now in tis time, you can get a professions badge in a day, and you want to make track badges mean something? When the game came live, being a master really ment something. first make master hood worht its weight then maybe the tracks, but to me, having them all means something. I got there quick enough and made it. not easy when you got thousands of people all playing on the same server.

Its called compitition. the tracks are set up for very compeditive people to try to win. Thats the point of racing, to win.

I see plenty of non compeditive people complaining about the tracks, but it strikes me as funny, really.

"He only beat me because he has an AV 21!" Wrong, I have held the fastest time on all 3 tracks with a swoop, beating many AV 21s. Infact, I have only lost to one AV 21, and the fact that he can beat me inspires me to work harder.

"You beat me every time, you must be using an exploit! " No, I work hard at running the track time and time again, discovering ways to negotiate the terain in the fastest way posable. every time aq Swoop goes over a bump it slows slightly, everytimeyou make a corse adjustment between waypoints, you have liengthened the distance you must travel. In the spirit of a true racer I have learned to master my swoop so that I can get there fastest.

" The tracks are so bugged that the times don't work! " Wrong. the timing works perfect, however, its rounded to the nearest 2 seconds for the stages, and 2 or 4 seconds for the over all time. Its not a bug, its the only way for the game to deal with latency over an Internet back bone. Ever notice all times are an even number? Personaly I would love it timed to the thousandth of a second, and photo finishes, but I am very happy with it as is.

" They go out every morning and get the fastest time so we can't get a badge! " Heh, Whine. Yes, and I fully support that as well. the badges should be hard to get, if you want one, you should have to bust arse to get one, gaining skill as a gamer and swoop piolet, as well as having the dedication to race to the starting line to get the best score. All of my badges came after 5 PM CST, I like doing it the hard way.

What I would like to see is a Badge for those who get all 3 badges, maybe unlock a custom color for our swoops? I would also love some sort of standing track record, as well as a daily record, with a diffrent badge for the one who gets it. As for those who complain that ther tracks are unfair, all I can do is ignore them. theyseem to be the same type of peoplewhomake fun of the jocks at school, but only when they are sure the jocks cant hear them, and who can't understand why the cheer leaders won't talk to them.

Just my 2 cents worth, but then I get to say it from the winner's circle, not the whiner's circle.

I thought Jedi could make their vehicles turn sharper and go faster...

My only issue with the race tracks is that there is only one category..... it takes a bike to win.

I feel that there should be different categories, even breaking down the top (fastest) one, of bikes, to the different types of bikes, one for AV-21's (important mainly on Agrilat Swamp Circuit), one for swoops, one for speederbikes and one for Landspeeders. This would give everyone a chance at a record on their particular bike (or one enterprising super-racer to try for a badge with different bikes.)

Another category could be for pet mounts. We know that the Kaadu and the Carrion Spat are the fastest mounts, so how about a category for them? Then separate categories for Cu Pas, and a separate one for Banthas and Dewbacks, not knowing the relative speed of either of these.

Then, of course, a category for those who wish to do it on foot. You could try it yourself wearing armor or not; the Keren track is best suited for this, as it's all in-town and not in swamps or over hills.

Just a thought....... any ideas/agreements/disagreements?

I'd like to see the categories for different types for vehicles and mounts like Skybo mentioned. If there were badges for landspeederswe mightsee an economic boon forartisans selling more than just swoops.

Only problem with a foot race is you have skill attachments, Rangers and Force run skillswhich would be advantages like steroids.

Wasn't there going to be a category and a daily record for group races at one time too, or was that just vaporware?
