You know the surprise that is coming out along with 9.3? couldnt it be publish 10? I know this may sound dumb but think about it. Normally a publish is on TC for AT LEAST 2 weeks before it goes live. What more of a bigger surprise then releasing it 4 days after it went to TC. Maybe the devs have all the bugs fixed out and felt like putting an earlier version of publish 10 to screw with out minds!

the "big suprise" is most likely another swoop race track or something lame like that, dont get your hopes up.

It did cross my mind that it could be patch 10 but 4 days on the test centre doesn't give the players enough time to find the bugs let alone the devs to fix the bugs once they've been found.

So it probably is the Keran City track, which is better then nothing
