There seems to be some confusion over job descriptions.

The Developers only work on the game.

The Admin Staff only works on the Forum.

The CSR Dept deals with our ingame, billing, and technical support concerns

No department can work on the other departments problems.

Forum Admin Staff does not have the capability to fix ingame problems.

CSR Department can fix ingame problems relating to you.

Devs just work on the game itself.

So, demanding that GarVa fix problems with the game is pointless. The best he can do is relay information, or refer you back to the correspondants. All he does is work on the forum.

People can flame me all they want. I don't care. I'm not interested in titles, I am just interested in getting information from the forum, and playing the game. I'm just tired of seeing people misundertand the roles of the SOE departments.
