Problem : i am at the last phase , killed the captain once, got inside but had to log and didn't finished the mission.
Today i went to the compound , killed all the guards before the entrance , but no Captain spawn, thus i cannot enter, it says i don't have permission.
Ideas ?
(Quest is still active in journal, also it can't be dropped and taken again)

try speaking to mission giver perhaps?

did you talk to BOTH mission givers? If I remember you have to talk to both Gursan and the dancer in the tree to gain entrance. Other than that, if you already did the /use option on the gate and it gave you a "do not have permission" message, then logging from there most likely bugged you and your only hope is that a csr will take pity on your problem and help you out....... yeah, right

Talk to dancer, then to Gursan... if this doesn't work -> CSR.

How long did you wait for the captain to spawn?
Took about 15 minutes when I did it.
