whats the command to use for the toolbar when u want to use something on a slot on another pane. like if u want to make a macro that eats all the food that i have set up all on another pane

I have never seen any such command or macro, so I don't believe that is possible.

Hit ctrl-F4 to go to pane 4 (e.g.), then hit the icon there that starts the macro, and head back to your regular pane when done.

i think i seen it before. the command to do it for a slot on the pane u r on is "/ui action toolbarSlot00" with 00 being slot 1

Yep, but I have never heard of a command for something on another pane than the active one.
