Thread: Saving screenshots outside the SWG install folder?

I was just looking through my SWG picture collection and i got a great idea. I'd like it if there was a way to save screenshots you take into any folder you want, not just the SWG install folder (C:\starwarsgalaxies by default)


I'd like to save them to the "my pictures" folder within Windows, or even to a folder on my desktop for easy access. Is there anyway to do this by changing a setting in the game?

I'd love to know if this is possible too. (I'm guessing it's not possible--at least not easily.)


Of course, an outside folder wouldn't do much for me. I'm an avid screenshot taker with literally thousands of screenies taken, labeled, and categorized on my secondary drive.


One thing I can suggest for you though is creating a shortcut to your Galaxies folder somewhere easily accessable to you. It may make things a tad better.

Hmm....I've never thought of that before. That would be pretty cool I guess. I've taken thousands of screenshots spread across a bunch of CD-R's that I still need to convert to DVD-R. But yeah, that would be cool.
