Does anybody know if there are any plans to bring out a 64bit version of SWG and JTLS??

doubt it, at least not anytime soon.

64-bit Windows isn't even done yet, expect that to happen no sooner then a year after Windows 64bit is released.

There is no way the N64 would be able to contain this monster.

It will take years, many years before the gaming industry is prepared to swich to a 64bit platform. And why should they? 32 bit has worked well in what seems like forever, and all their experience is collected on that platform.
