I don't know if this is the correct forum to post in, but I'll give it a go anyway.

I have tried to search previous posts but have gotten bored of searching through hundreds of posts which mention FS, so I thought I'd start one myself just asking one question.

I am in the Village and have elected to do the Combat Prowess Quests. I have done the patrol 10 times and can now see the Combat Prowess tree.

In phase 1 you can train up for Ranged Accuracy, which I'm not interested in but in Phase 2 you get Melee Speed which I am interested in.

If I start to train upthe Melee Speed branch of the Combat Prowess tree, but only get to the 3rd box by the end of that phase, in phase 3, can I still get trained in the 4th box? or do I have to wait for Phase 2 to come round again to get that last box?

Once you have unlocked a branch it is permanently unlocked. Therefore if you unlock melee speed and only get to 3 like you said, it doesn't matter, you can get speed 4 whenever you want. Once you have done the quest and unlocked that branch, you can add xp and train in it at any time.

I'm pretty sure you can get trained at any time after you unlock it.
