Thread: Can't retrieve Aurillian plant from safety deposit

Has anyone esle had this problem?
I put the Aurillian plant (village reward) in my Cnet safety deposit.
When I went to retrieve, I only get 4 options: Examine, Destroy, Nutreints, Water.
I tried doing "/pickup" and I get: "You do not have permission to access banking terminal" (it thinks I want to pickup the actual banking terminal).
Suggestions?

Drag it over? I get that from time to time, no option to pick up something, but am able to drag it over with my mouse.
