I recently just finished this park, well I'm not sure if "finished" is the word I would use, as I got no reward other than 500 credits and not even a badge or singing mountain faction standing upon completion
I find this a little frustrating as it was the most challenging themepark I've done, taking on those nightsister rancor tamers at your mission objectives doesn't quite compare to the valarian thugs at jabbas park.
there are also several singing mountain npc's in the cave of which I can't speak to, Vhaunda is one I can remember from the top of my head. They tell me to prove my worth and such, but not to whom. It's as if one key npc is simply lacking or somesuch.
Am I missing something here? Is the "phantom" npc somewhere else or is this park simply not working quite right yet?

Yeah there are many things like this within the game that clearly show it wasnt finished on release. I cannot believe there is no real content to what has to be one of the cooler NPC theme parks in the game a year on.
Again, this begs the question, why isnt it finished/completed? Is it because all of the devs time is being spent on JTLS.

Most are jacked up and the ones that work are all the exact same stupid crap over and over and over again.
Destroy
Escort
Deliver
That's all that SWG content is about if you can even call it content

I got a more than that when I did it. Albeit it was more than a month ago. I remember having to go to naboo to recover some algae sample for the first NPC, then doing a bunch of destroy missions for the others. No badge, but I got a few stims, plenty of credits, at least one vibro lance and a bunch of loot from the NS i was sent to kill.
In general I agree that the "theme park" needs a revamp. Its shorter than the faction or jabba's themepark but the missions are the harder. Should be longer, more interesting, come with a badge and more loot. But it's all probably wishful thinking.
Anyone do the NS themepark? If so, is that any better?

There are a bunch of "theme parks" like this one and Borvo the Hutt's set of missions that are either incomplete or buggy, that offer no real rewards (at least you get the polished Krayt Skull from the Borvo/Darklighter park, no rare items from others that I know of), no badges, minimal faction standing... etc.
It does ask the question, why are they releasing new content in JTL when the old content isn't finished? Well the answer is that it's a business, if the Devs could choose what to do, I'm sure they'd rather have worked on it longer before release, they'd rather fix old problems than add new expansions... but the Devs dont get to choose... coporate big-wigs choose, and they can charge more for JTL, they can't charge more for fixing existing content...

If i'm not mistaken, the algae quest is part of the Nightsister theme park.
