Ok I go and vote for victor, wait for a loooong time for the election to be over, found out it was over and ran to get my banner, he gave me a necklace that I can get from a tailor. So I figure I will do his quest, I have to kill a tusken that only spawns at server up.

I sent in a ticket to a CSR to ask about what is going on because all of my guild that are imperial got the necklace and the rebels I have talked to got the banner. The CSR said he san't say anything without giving out spoiler information about the game. Thanks for my banner that I waited 2 months to get.

Election rewards are random if you vote for him again you can get the banner if that is the luck you get. If you get another necklace in the dice roll it will say you already got your reward though.
Also POIs are currently bugged they only spawn once per day so it sucks for the quest that tusken should be spawning more often but it is bugged it sucks...

no, if you vote for him again you get a message saying that you got a reward already.

Thanks Victor, no vote for you anymore, and I slapped him all over his office.

nono, its only if you vote for him twice in a row you don't get the reward the second time. after you vote for him and he wins, vote for sean the next time. then the time after that vote for victor again and get a reward again rinse, and repeat.

i voted for him 3 times and all 3 times i got the damn necklace and im a Rebel. Oh Curse that Victor!!!
