Quitch :No offense meant, but you shouldn't buy something if you don't know what it does.
It was listed in the browser a s a power up, which I wanted, but it was called a Hair Trigger, I checked the stats and they were what I wanted. When I bought it, it was listed in my INV. as a Coupler. Regards it's assembly, I checked the manual, I couldn't see anything about powerups and assembly, I've been playing for about 2 days, so forgive my stupidity. Thanks for your input any way.
What has the server got to do with it?

head over to the artisan forums for an intense look into PowerUps and what the names of them mean. As for usage, just drag and drop it onto your gun and blast away!

It's really just a Hot-wired Coupler that was experiments on, and gained better percentages.

If you were on mine I would help you out. And if it is a Power Up, then open your inventory, click it, drag it over the weapon you want to power up, and let go. Ranged power ups only work for ranged weapons, and same with melee.
