Folks what is the command to transfer ownership of a house/structure without pulling it up?

Yea I had a friend just leave the game for EQ2 who somehow transfered his house and factories to one of my alt's without picking it up. Unfortunately the only way I had of contacting him was in game so I cant find out how he did it.

It's /transferstructure
You have to be near the factory/harvester and possibly inside the house but I've never tried to transfer one from outside.
The original owner of the structure will be removed from the admin list but other people on the admin list will not be affected.

...and if you know who/where he plays in EQ2, you can send him a tell like this: /tell EQ2.server.character

You target the Structure terminal or the sturcture itself (factory, havestor) and type /transferstructure (insert player name here).
So if you wanted to xfer a structure to me you would type /transferstructure cassanova.
