Take the screenshot first, with the Print Screen button (unless you remapped it) and then select that picture from desktop properties. The picture will be saved in your SWG folder.
Done.

Fast way...
Take the pic, (PrtScrn button), alt tab out to desktop, look in My Computer and go to the install directory for Star Wars Galaxies.
Right click on the screeny you want and open with your web browser. Right click on image in browser and Set As Desktop.

You probably already know this but you can also do cntrl+shift+H to clear all the crud off your screen before snapping (just be careful, fighting nightsisters without being able to see your HAM bar or queued attacks can get naughty)
