Thread: In Game Monitor Suggestion XP

I couldn't really find a better place to post this, so Game Guides is the winner!
I'd like to suggest an ingame XP monitor that is similar to the current learned skill monitor, however this monitor should measure actual Experience Points in a chosen field. IE: Unarmed Combat XP. Once activated through the Options screen, this monitor's pull down menu should give a number value for Unarmed Combat XP (or whichever field is chosen).
This would alleviate the need to hit CTRL+S, then scroll down until you find the skill on the list.

You mean like a on-screen xp monitor?
There is one.
While you are on the skills window, slow down and read. Loook for the box with 'show monitor on screen' or something similiar. Left side, think just below the first box.

I think he is referring to the fact that once you master a profession, you don't have any options to see how much xp for that profession you have banked. For instance, a tkm won't have any choices to view how much tkm experience he has unless he looks at his unarmed xp experience on the skills box.

would be handy if they done that in numbers of how much of a certain xp you have especialy if they put the actual and cap on it so you could see how close you were to capping one type of xp as well would be good if your in the feild training you wana cap you xp so you can learn 2 box's or somthing showing both would let you know were to go and if you needed to stay near a trainer or head to one soon.

Right. And even before mastering...while the onscreen XP monitor is nice, it does not give you a number value. You still have to CTRL+S to see how much XP you have to go until you can train the box.
But I am specifically looking for the "banked" XP...like you said.

But I am specifically looking for the "banked" XP...like you said.
Even after it maxes out the bar on the onscreen monitor (meaning the skill is ready to be trained), you can still move the mouse cursor over the bar (just like you do overHAMbars to get a floating number set)and it will tell you how much xp total you have... even banked. If you are a master of a proffesion or 4/4/4/4 there is no way to see the xp without ctrl s unless you have another prof that uses the same type of xp and have free boxes in it.

Exactly. That's why I want this new XP monitor.
