I have the locked briefcase and it won't let me drag and drop on him? what should I do or is this mission no more? plz help

I would say that he´s bugged. Did the mission with a friend less than a month ago and it worked then. Time to write your favorite CSR.

I think it's hit and miss, I did the mission up to this point but did not get the rifle I need to start the Huff quests. Although others seem to think it's fine.

Did you take the (First) locked briefcase back to the Corellian Captain (forgot name)? If so, then he gives you a locked briefcase that is clearly labelled "Borvo's Money". THAT one is the one you take to Borvo the Hutt and drag and drop on him, not the first one you get off the mission from the Captain in Corellia.
