I did Arc 1 when it first came out and I just got around to doing Arc 2 (Imperial). I went to Narmle and followed Kaila's instructions, and ended up killing 3 waves of Black Sun. In doing so, I completed 3 missions, the last being "Information found!". I see no information in my datapad or inventory, and Kaila and the officer in the Bestine Cantina both don't have anything to say.

Is it over?

Open your quest journal and there'll be a waypoint in there.

Just hope you actually get the reward at the end. I was told I was given a shisa schematic (even the quest journal entry says so), but there was no such schematic in my inventory.

It's over for now. The quest will continue with the next intallment as this is the ongoing story arc they have implaced.

With the CU and RotW it took a backseat...

I think it's depending on faction but if you are imperial (and possibly neutral might work, too) then check the Bestine cantina. There's an NPC to the left and towards the end of the long bar table. He has an info/quest icon floating above his head. Talk to him to get started. The 1st mission is called "Man Down" if I remember correctly (check your quest log). You're on the right track when you got that one.
