I forgot to retrieve the crysatl from the west enclave all other bits are done.

I went back but only get the examine option on the shrine. I can retrieve the crystal / complete ...

any ideas / help ?

abandon that quest and go to Obi's holocron on the shore by the mining outpost to restart it.

I forgot to retrieve my first 2 crystals also.. luckily they were still there when i went back.. are you sure that was the right enclave you left it at?

There are 3 different areas of the map that have little green/brown circles. There's a shattered conduit at each of these 3 areas.
