Hi there , was wondering if anyone can tellme if foraging and a survey tool are DIRECTLY related or not.If so how would i go about crafting a survey tool?

Completely unrelated.
Foraging is a skill that lets you get 'finished' food and drink products from your surroundings. Surveying tools allow you to harvest raw materials to make finished products. To use a surveying tool you must have Novice Artisan at the very least, but they are pretty readily available through the Bazaar terminals and from players.

Anybody else out there having problems getting survey tools to work. Mine just went crazy and won't let me select a resource.

Anyone have a fix for this 
My gas survey tool wont dispaly any resources????? Loged off / full scan / deleted / bought new / crafted new
= NOTHING GRRRRRRR!
My other survey toolswork except gas pocket- and thats next one i need for mission (LUCK) from village?
PLEASE help lets face it SOE wont?
