I dont know how to get any, I cant use my striker pistol anymore, I dont know any of this Respec thing or anything, How do i get combat level, or what do I have to do use my striker pistol again?

The striker pistol is CL 14. You can find a list of weapon certs here:

You get combat level for having combat professions (ranged and melee combat plus medic professions, scout, smuggler, squad leader and creature handler). More professions and skills yields higher level.
