I put the arm on alt and when a friend got killed I could't use the arm to rez him back to life ?

Does anyone know if it rezzes incapped players or do I need more medical skills ?

The onscreen message I got was "You do not have enough sufficient abilities to Cybernetic-assited Revive"

Seems like a strange error message you received.

Once you have the arm fitted by a cybernetics doc, you should just be able to target
the corpse and hit the command. I think it follows Doc rules, as in if you're a combatant
Imp you can'trez a combatant Rebel.

I also get the corpse to consent me, but I'm not 100% sure if this is needed or not.

And no you don't need to have any other medical skills to use it.

need consent from non grouped or jedi.

need to be same lvl delcared ( combat/on leave/Special forces etc)

you onyl get 1 chance to rez, if it screws up cause you not consented or he was overt and you were not then you must wait for it to recharge.

that mean if I'm lvl80 I can't rez a lvl1?

he means you must be the same level of GCW status, either on leave, combatant, or special forces.

Actually, if I am not mistaken, a rebel SF can rez all rebels, and a rebel combatant can rez rebel combatants orrebels on leave.
