If I create a player on Flurry and want to send a tell to a player on Kauri, how would i do that? Also curious as to how to list them in my friends list. I know this can be done because I used to talk w/ some guys on EQ2 while I was on Galaxies. I have just forgotten how to do it since it has been so long.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

TH, will Matrix online players be able to send tells to SWG players? Or do they use completely different sets of servers..? You know, since SOE bought the rights to MO.

-I support a Galactic Civil War fought between regular, average players... Simply strict, hardlined Imperials & freedom lovin' Rebels fighting for control of the galaxy. A Galactic Civil War fought not with glowsticks or lightsabers, but with blasters, lances, and how much guts you have. A Galactic Civil War which reflects the timeline, the destruction of the Death Star, the absolute control which the Empire has and the brave Rebels trying to break up that reign... The extinction of all but a few rare and special Jedi. That my friends, is the Galactic Civil War and that is what we have to aim for.

I agree, they will kill MxO. I guess I'll have fun with it while I can.

SWG's customer service is horrible. I can't even get a CSR to help me figure out why I can't log in 3 of my accounts, yet I can 1. They don't even care if they lose a customer who pays $75/month. When that is true, things are not right.

Tip to LEC/SOE: Sci-Fi MMO players don't necessarily belong to the same resource pool as fantasy MMO players.

Is the chat room section of that guide correct?

/join returns that you need to be invited to a group. /chatroom join [room] I believe is the correct command.

We've been trying to getfriends on other SWG servers to join a chatroom we've been running for a few months, and nothing has ever worked, but we've had no trouble getting EQ2 players (many times the same people) to be able to join. Using /chatroom Kettemoor.chat.roomname returns no feedback, they don't show up in our chatroom list (the EQ2 players do) and our chatroom doesn't show up in their available channel listing.
