Thread: I Havn't Been Able To Send A CSR Ticket Since December '03

Sorry if this is out of place, but I don't know if there's a more appropriate forum and I have to get this out to the Devs, since I can't talk to a CSR about it.


Anyway, while working on COA Act 2 I had accidently closed my entire chat screen and didn't know how to fix it. I sent a CSR ticket and the next day, I was politely told the answer. And it worked. I was impressed after the horror stories I kept hearing. The next day, I had another problem with HUD. I was unable to send a CSR ticket, as it was telling me I could only send 1 ticket at a time so I should delete a ticket to open up a new ticket. I had no tickets on standby, so I thought it was a cooldown phase. I left it alone. About 6 months ago, I had a serious bug plague my datapad, and I almost deleted every ship and WP from it. I tried to send a CSR ticket, but, I was unable to, as the screen said that "I have no available tickets, and I should delete one". Unfortunetly, I had not sent a ticket in about a year and no ticket showed up as available to delete to make room. I checked every character I had to make sure I hadn't accidently forgotten about one, but to no avail. I have yet to figure out why I did not complain sooner. So I just checked to see if I could send a ticket by now and guess what. I can't. My ability to ask for CS has been effectively turned off. i can in no way talk to any representitive about this because guess what, I sent a ticket 15 months ago. If I could get ANY information as to how I could fix this, I would be greatly appreciative. Thank you.

probably wouldnt matter if you could send a ticket anyway...the answer you would get would be one of the following:


outdated

wrong subject

your video card drivers

i guess it could be a number of reasons, but one thing is that you have to delete your previous ticket even if it has been answered and closed. you must delete it completely out of your holocron before you can submit a new one.

Yep, deleting tickets normally helps, although you may be bugged like me w/ ent's!
