Hutt is -1570.. If that is to low, What should I kill for hutt fp? and back sun idk but I killed 4 of them i think..

Hi, i am a fixer and was wondering at what fp level i can talk to opposing faction recruiters. I am currently at -4860 ip fp. When can i talk to an imperial recruiter?
